Long Answers:
1. Trump's tweet could have gone wrong when he tried to cover up and justify the actions of Flynn. Trump tried to say the actions were lawful, but Flynn even pleaded guilty. This could also prove troublesome for Trump because it hints that he knew about Flynn's actions before he fired him. The tweet also appears to show Trump was trying to cover-up the situation so he didn't have to fire Flynn, which in it's own situation, is troublesome.
2. I believe Trump was aware of Flynn's actions before he was fired. I think this because Trump says, "It is a shame because his actions during the transition were lawful." Meaning, he knew about the actions and condoned them. He also allegedly spoke to his Former FBI Director, James Comey. He spoke about hoping to "cover up" the situation. This is why I believe Trump was aware of Flynn's actions before he fired Flynn.
3. Twitter is not an appropriate platform for Trump to battle his opponents. Twitter is where teenagers go to make jokes or create drama, not where the President of the U.S. should be conducting his business, or especially arguing with other world leaders. He should not be arguing with people across a social media platform because it is very unprofessional if he needs to debate with people, he should do so in person or in private.
4.  I believe Twitter should be used for recreational use, but it can also be used for making people aware of the situations or news around the world. If used properly, it can be a great site for all people, providing a way for people to quickly get information about current events. It can also be used for people to make jokes and entertain others.
5. People should get their news from official sites such as CNN, Fox News, or KVUE. People should be getting their information from real news cites so they know it is credible. Another way for people to get information could be from state representatives.
6.  Depending on the situation, it is ok to trust social media sites. There are some times when it is okay, for instance when the site is an approved news outlet. But, if the social media site is just someone with a blog, they are not trustworthy. You should take everything with a grain of salt when it comes to news on social media sites.
