I would prepare by stocking up on supplies, reinforce big windows or stay clear of anything that could break, and make sure I knew where my family was. 3. I believe the government should be responsible for fixing government buildings, any roadways that were damaged, and streetlights or signs. 4. The people who own the private property should be responsible for paying for private property damages, and those who choose to donate could help pay for those damages. 5. I think that climate change did have a role to play in the severity of this hurricane, since natural disasters are slowly becoming more intense.

Ethics Cases

1.  Controversy Over A Concert: The Rocky Mountain News asked their staff not to go to a concert because there was a political event occurring.  Most of the staff did not agree and thought some of their constitutional rights were being taken away.  The company wanted to avoid a potential bias, but this decision only led to more outrage. My opinion on this situation is that the company should not have dictated their staff's social life. I believe as long as their work staff stayed neutral, they should not have been penalized. 2. Publishing Drunk Drivers' Photos Don White, a publisher/editor of , The Anderson News, is posting drunk drivers photos in his newspaper. The offender's are against this because they do not want to have their picture posted in the magazine, some even try extreme measures to avoid their picture being posted.
